(700 WLW)- Cincinnati Fire Crews were sent to the 700 block of Sycamore, just after midnight Wednesday morning for a water flow alarm, to a 17 floor building under construction. Water was found leaking from a water heater on the fourth floor. Firefighters also found evidence of vandalism and small fires on floors four, five and six. Based on video surveillance footage, two suspects were taken into custody. No injuries were reported.
