(Cincinnati) Now that the southbound lanes are open, crews can concentrate on finishing work on the northbound side. The maintenance project on the Brent Spence Bridge is entering its final week.
By Friday, traffic on both decks will be completely restored to four lanes. At that time, the I-71/U-S 50 ramp and 3rd street ramp will be reopening as well.
Crews have been working for two months to improve lighting on the lower deck and repair joints, allowing for smoother travel.
