( Over-the-Rhine ) - Cincinnati Police are asking the public for help identifying a man suspected of stealing from a woman last month.
The suspect allegedly stole the victim's Samsung Note 5 on July 29 on East 12th between Main and Sycamore. The suspect allegedly used her saved account to buy things online.
