(Warren County) Demonstrators gathered outside the courthouse for the pretrial conference, upset over a low bond. Brooke Skylar Richardson will remain on house arrest, with an ankle monitor, ahead of her trial date, which has now been set for November 6th.
The 18-year-old is accused of killing her newborn baby hours after she was born, burning the body and burying the remains in her backyard.
Not many details have been released, except that the newborn was a girl, and the judge will keep a gag order imposed on the place.
Richardson is charged with aggravated murder, involuntary manslaughter, tampering with evidence and abuse of a corpse.
