(700 WLW)- The Covington, Kentucky women that was shot this week and later died at the hospital, has been identified as 35 year old Kelly Cocagne. Barring any new information, investigators believe the shooting was accidental. A statement from Newport Independent Schools Superintendent Kelly Middleton-"Our thoughts and prayers go out to the loved ones of Kelly Cocagne, a bright and inspiring young woman who was just beginning her career in education. Our entire Newport Schools family-teachers, staff and parents-mourn this senseless tragedy."
