(Warren County) It was a baby girl. That announcement from Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell following the death of a newborn in Carlisle.
Investigators say 18-year-old Brooke Skylar Richardson gave birth to the full term baby back in May, and hours later, killed the infant, burned the body and buried the girl in her backyard.
Richardson plead not guilty to aggravated murder Monday. She was given a $50,000 bond and placed on house arrest.
