The 18-year-old from Carlisle accused of killing and burying her newborn baby--has gone before a judge. Brooke Skylar Richardson is charged with aggravated murder, involuntary manslaughter and tampering with evidence.
She's entered a plea of not guilty. Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell says she gave birth to a full term baby in May--then hours later killed the infant and burned the remains. Investigators were tipped off by a doctor who knew of Richardson's pregnancy.
Richardson was given a $50,000 bond--and placed on house arrest.
