Baseball's hit king has admitted to having sex with a teenage girl when he was with the Big Red machine. A court filing in Philadelphia says that Pete Rose admitted to having sex with a girl he thought was 16 at the time. The admission is included in documents filed as part of the lawsuit Rose brought against attorney John Dowd for defamation of character. Rose sued Dowd for saying he had sex with teens under the age of 14. Rose says he was lead to believe the girl in question was 16. According to the court filing, Rose was 34 at the time in 1975 and the married father of two young children. Rose cannot face criminal charges because so much time has passed.
