Cincinnati police are looking for a man wanted on a felonious assault warrant. They describe 24-year-old Johntel "Black" Cooper as 5’09”, 215 lbs., black hair and brown eyes. His last known address is 1305 Walnut St. Cincinnati. See photo below.
