(Manchester, IN)--One person was killed, and another wounded after they were shot Friday evening. It happened across the road from Manchester Elementary School on Indiana 48.
Indiana State Police said the victims were a man and a woman. One person was dead at the scene. The other person was transported by Air Care to a Cincinnati hospital.
State troopers said no one has been arrested.
