( Avondale ) - Police in District 4 say they're trying to find a suspect who attacked someone at the Cincinnati Zoo on Saturday afternoon.
Just after 4pm, emergency crews were called to the zoo for an incident involving a knife. The victim was found wit ha cut to his throat. He was taken to UC Medical Center with what police are calling serious, but not life-threatening injuries. Sgt Eric Franz says it's unknown if the victim was a zoo visitor or employee. He says the initial call described the attack as having happened "near the otters."
At last word, police were still interviewing multiple witness to get an accurate description of the suspect, who apparently fled.
