( Mount Orab, Ohio ) - Four people are under indictment after a man died of a drug overdose earlier this year.
Andrew Chapman died of a fentanyl overdose on February 25. Investigators say Justin Taylor, Amanda Fields, Gwen Smith, and Michael Smith are all criminally culpable in his death.
Justin Taylor and Amanda Fields are under indictment in Brown County on multiple counts including involuntary manslaughter and aggravated drug trafficking. Gwen Smith and Michael Smith are charged with reckless homicide and evidence tampering.
The prosecutor says none of the four are in custody.
