(700 WLW)- Cincinnati Police were dispatched to the 4500 block of Colerain Avenue Monday morning, after neighbors say there was an argument between two men. Once police arrived at the scene, they could not revive the victim, Michael Brooks. Early Tuesday morning, with help from the Fugitive Apprehension Unit, Terry Jones was located and arrested in Dayton, Kentucky in connection with the shooting of Brooks.
