Cincinnati police are investigating after a man was found shot to death in Millvale Monday night. District Three officers responded to a report of person shot in the 3300 block of Moosewood Ave at 9:42 p.m. Responding officers located a victim deceased from a gunshot wound in the parking lot at that location. The victim has been identified as 27-year-old Rafeal Harrison.
