Police Arrest Fourth Suspect In Fatal Sycamore Twp Shooting

Police have arrested the fourth suspect in a deadly Sycamore Township shooting back on June 21st. Police arrested 29-year-old Benjamin Quinn Sunday after he turned himself in. He is facing charges of Aggravated Murder and Felonious Assault. Quinn is being held in the Hamilton County Justice Center to await arraignment.

The charges are related to a deadly shooting in Sycamore Township on Blue Ash Road back in June where a 21 year old man was killed and another man was injured. Three other suspects are already in custody awaiting their trial on charges related to the shooting that investigators say was the result of a late-night confrontation outside Car Rock Cafe.Christian Van Winkle, 18, Natasha Becker, 25, and David Shirley, 28, were arrested back in June in connection to the fatal shooting that killed 21-year-old Jacob Baker of Blue Ash and injured 22-year-old Jarid Carl.
