( CINCINNATI, OH ) -- Fire crews were dispatched on reports of a 2-story home in the 7200 block of Brookcrest Dr. in Roselawn just after 3 PM on July 14. When crews arrived on the scene, they saw smoke coming from the basement of the 2 family home. The fire was quickly knocked down, with the first floor apartment suffering smoke damage. Smoke detectors were in the home and alerted the first-floor tenant.
One adult and one child were displaced by the fire and are being helped by the Red Cross. The cost of the damage is being estimated at $5,000.
