(Cincinnati) They're making a plea for a third trial. The family of Sam DuBose, leaders from the Black Lawyers Association and Cincinnati Chapter of the NAACP are asking the Hamilton County Prosecutor to try Ray Tensing again for the shooting of DuBose.
Donyetta Bailey with Black Lawyers Association says the case is not done and the DuBose family is not done.
A decision on a third trial could be announced next week. Two trials have ended with hung juries.
