(Cincinnati) Prosecutors say they feared he was flight risk. Bond has been set at $5.5 million for 28-year-old David Shirley.
The Blue Ash man is charged with murder and felonious assault for the shooting last month outside the Car Rock Bar that claimed the life of 21-year-old Jacob Baker.
Baker was shot, along with another man, as they walked down Blue Ash Road after leaving the Deer Park bar.
Natasha Becker and Christian Van Winkle are also facing charges. Police say Becker had a gun in the bar and Van Winkle fired a shot into the air during a fight.
Police are still searching for a fourth suspect, 29-year-old Benjamin Quinn.
