One Suspect Arrested, Another on the Run

( Deer Park ) - The Hamilton County Sheriff says progress is being made into the investigation of a deadly shooting last month.

Investigators say they're looking for 29-year-old Benjamin Quinn (pictured above). He's charged with aggravated murder and felonious assault after a shooting last month in Deer Park. Quinn and David Shirley (pictured below) allegedly shot Jacob Baker of Blue Ash and another man along Blue Ash road. Baker died from his injuries.

Both suspects allegedly went on the run, but Shirley turned himself in on Wednesday.

Deputies say the deadly double shooting was in direct response to a fight that happened outside the nearby Car Rock Cafe just minutes before. There were shots fired during that fight, and another pair of suspects were arrested late last month in connection with that.

18-Year-Old Christian Van Winkle of Reading and 25-year-old Natasha Becker of Milford (both pictured above) are both charged with carrying a concealed weapon and illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor establishment.

Benjamin Quinn is described as a white man, 5'10, 170 lbs, with red hair and brown eyes. He has multiple tattoos including the name "Maleah" on the right side of his neck and interstate signs on his upper right arm (both pictured in the gallery at the top). He also has the word "Get" on his right inner wrist and the word "Money" on his left inner wrist. He's known to frequent Deer Park, Silverton, Springfield Twp, and Westwood.
