More Traffic Delays Expected at Brent Spence Bridge

(Cincinnati, Oh.)--Work along the Brent Spence Bridge will continue this week. 

The Kentucky Department of Transportation reminds drivers that the BSB is an active work zone and to use caution when traveling though the area. They advise you to be patient and courteous when traveling through the work area for the safety of other drivers and the safety of the maintenance crews.

POSTPONED WORK: Temporary Ramp Closures at 5th Street and US 50W  The upcoming closure of two I-71/75 North exits near the Brent Spence Bridge has been postponed to next week (week of July 17), weather permitting:  Exit 1C - to 5th Street in Cincinnati Exit. 1D - to US 50 West in Cincinnati. These closures are expected to be in place for one week. 

THIS WEEKEND: The Southbound Deck of the Brent Spence Bridge Will Be Reduced to One Travel Lane  Starting this Friday (July 14) at 9:00 p.m. through Monday (July 17) at 5:00 a.m., weather permitting, the southbound (upper) deck of the Brent Spence Bridge will be reduced to one travel lane to facilitate maintenance work. Two-lane travel will resume in time for Monday morning rush hour. The northbound (lower) deck will not be affected by this work and two lanes of travel will remain open.
