( Butler County ) - A former Fairfield teacher was sentenced to jail time and more on Thursday for the sexual relationship he had with one of his students.
Tyler Conrad was convicted last month of both sexual imposition and contributing to the delinquency of a minor for the relationship with a then 15-year-old student in his history class in 2016.
On Thursday, he was sentenced to 180 days behind bars. He'll also have to register as a Tier 1 sex offender for the next 15 years, and his teaching license has been taken away.
