(Franklin) One of two teens struck by a car in Franklin Monday night has now died from her injuries. 15-year-old Rose Nott, of Franklin, was pronounced dead early this morning at Children's Hospital. Police say she was hit by a 72-year-old driver while crossing East 2nd Street at Deardoff.
A second teen was taken to Atrium Medical Center where she was treated and released.
Police say the driver was visibly shaken, but not hurt. It's unclear if she'll face any charges. The crash remains under investigation.
