( BROOKVILLE, IN ) -- Reports say that a 10-year-old girl swimming in the lake at the Brookville Resevoir told her father she saw a body in the water. It was the body of a 5-year-old boy. The girl's father pulled the boy out of the water just before 3 PM on July 4, and tried to revive him with CPR.
The boy was then taken via AirCare to Cincinnati Children's Hospital and was pronounced dead around 4:30 PM. The parents of the boy, identified as Anderson Ramirez, said that he had went missing for about 5 to 10 minutes before his body was discovered.
