(Burlington, KY)--A Covington man is charged with sexual abuse of an eight-year-old girl. Anthony Hale, 23, is charged with Sex Abuse, a first-degree Class C Felony.
The alleged incident happened in the overnight hours of March 15-16 in a friend's home in Hebron.
The victim reported the offense following "Kids on the Block", performed by the Family Nurturing Center the following day.
Hale is held in the Boone County Detention Center.
