(Cincinnati) Testimony is back underway after a slight delay this morning. The defense has called its video expert as the murder trial for Ray Tensing moves on.
Scott Roder says in his analysis of the body cam video and audio, you can hear the engine revving and see the car turn into Ray Tensing's body before the fatal shot is fired at Sam DuBose.
Judge Leslie Ghiz today also rejected a prosecution request to add a lesser charge of reckless homicide to Tensing's indictment. She says they can review the issue once the defense rests.
