(700 WLW) At approximately 2:08 p.m. Friday, Boone County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a residence in the 5700 Block of Hazel Drive in Boone County, Kentucky after receiving a report of two deceased individuals inside a residence. Patrol deputies entered the residence and confirmed there were two adults, one male and one female, deceased in the residence.
The deceased have been identified as Teresa M. Wade, 34, and Christopher M. Wade, 39, of Florence.
While the investigation is still ongoing, the preliminary conclusion from investigators at this time is that the incident is believed to be a murder-suicide. Identities of the persons involved will be released pending notification of next of kin.
