700 WLW- An elderly female was walking into a local business in the 200 block of North Main St in the City of Franklin, when a male grabbed her purse and took off running. A witness approached the male suspect and yelled at him to stop. The witness saw that the male had a holster on his hip, possibly with a weapon in it. The witness then pulled her weapon on the male and ordered him to drop the purse. The male suspect dropped the purse and continued running west towards the bike path. The Franklin Canine unit searched the area, but was unable to locate the suspect. 57 year-old Glenn Azbill is the suspect and described as a middle aged white male, tall, medium build, wearing a tan ball cap, black shirt, and black or gray shorts.
