( PIKEVILLE, KY ) -- On June 3, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky issued an arrest warrant for Eric Conn, 56. Reports say that in violation of bond, Conn removed his electronic monitoring device and his whereabouts are currently unknown.
