( Franklin, Ohio ) - Police have been trying to find a burglary suspect for more than a month now, and on Wednesday night, investigators announced that suspect is now in custody.
Brian Carpenter was found by Franklin Police to be in the custody of the Preble County Sheriff. Carpenter is accused of burglarizing a home on Victoria Drive on April 10.
He's now in the Warren County Jail on $100,000 bond, charged with aggravated burglary. A video arraignment is scheduled for Friday at noon.
