Loveland City Manager: 'The Buildings Are Saveable'

( Loveland ) - One day after a massive, 3-alarm blaze destroyed much of the historic Bishop Building in downtown Loveland, the city is already planning on rebuilding.

City Manager Dave Kennedy says structural engineers have already been brought in, and "they worked with a team that will shore up the building, that will go in and take that plan and that plan actually will begin today."

Kennedy says residents and business owners have already been calling city leaders to find out what they can do to support those who lost their homes and where they work. "Beyond the fact that no one died... the next best news, I would say, is that the buildings can be saved."
