(Cincinnati) She says she's waiting for guidance from a state appeals court. Hamilton County Judge Leslie Ghiz has released potential jurors in the Ray Tensing retrial, after an appeals court decision on media access.
Some local outlets have sued over her restrictions and the appeals court Friday ruled to block some of them. A hearing on the issue is set for Wednesday. It's unclear when jury selection will resume.
