( LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, OH ) -- Butler County police are investigating a one vehicle fatal crash that happened around 12:30 PM on Monday, May 29, on State Route 129 in Liberty Township.
A BMW being driven by George Hughes went off the right side of the road, hit a fence, and then a tree. Hughes was taken to West Chester Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. However, his passenger, Philip Murry, was pronounced dead at the scene. Impairment is believed to be a factor in the crash.
