(Anderson Township) He told police he used heroin before getting behind the wheel. Bond for 33-year-old Steven Sickle is set at $600,000 after the death of a bicyclist in Anderson Township.
61-year-old William Rust was killed when investigators say Sickle struck his bike along US 52 near Nine Mile Road.
Sickle left the scene, but was later brought back by someone who noticed the damage to his car. He's charged with aggravated vehicular homicide.
