(Madison, IN)--A damaging storm came through this Southern Indiana river town Saturday night, and left plenty of reminders it was there.
Jefferson County deputies said the heaviest damage was to the Ten Pin Bowling Alley, which sustained major roof damage. There were people inside, but no one was hurt.
A Circle K gas station on State Road 62 lost the roof over its fuel area.
Deputies had to rescue drivers stranded by high water. State Road 7 was closed.
The storm also downed trees and power lines.
Investigators said that there were no injuries from the storm, which came through about 7:00 p.m.
