( Pike County ) - A judge set bond for a relative of one of the victims in last year's Rhoden family murders on Wednesday, and that relative was free by Wednesday evening.
40-Year-Old James Manley was charged with vandalism and evidence tampering on Tuesday. Investigators say he destroyed GPS tracker that had been placed on his pickup truck. That tracker was there as a part of the now more than year-long investigation into the murders of 8 people in Pike County. Neither Manley, nor anyone else, have been named as a suspect in the mass killing.
Manley's bond was set at $80,000 on Wednesday morning, and by evening, ten percent of that bond was posted, and Manley was released.
