( Hamilton County ) - Investigators say he stole from the elderly and disabled for more than four years, and he'll spend the next four years in prison.
42-Year-Old Brian Frawley was sentenced Wednesday. A statement from Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine says Frawley stole over $173,000 from more than 150 nursing home residents from late 2008 into the early part of 2013. Frawley was the business office manager for Clifton Care Center. He pleaded guilty last month to a charge of felony theft from a person in a protected class. He'll also pay restitution.
