** ORIGINAL STORY **
( Pike County ) - Criminal charges have been filed in connection with the investigation into last year's mass shooting that killed eight people, most of them from the same family.
The Ohio Attorney General says 40-year-old James Manley is charged with tampering with evidence and vandalism, both felony counts. He allegedly destroyed a GPS device that was part of the investigation into the 2016 murders of members of the Rhoden family.
Manley is a brother of Dana Rhoden (pictured above left). He's accused of destroying the tracking device in late April after it had been on his truck for about a week.
