A serious injury crash in Middletown has sent a 14 year old to the hospital. Alyx Shields of Middletown was traveling eastbound on Roosevelt Boulevard when a 14 year old riding his bicycle southbound on Highland Street in the crosswalk crossing Roosevelt Boulevard. Ms. Shields entered the intersection on a green light and struck the teen. The 14 year old was taken to Miami Valley Hospital. His condition is unknown as the crash remains under investigation.
