(Middletown) Bond has been set at $1 million for a Middletown man accused of killing his wife.
Investigators say 45-year-old Bobby Nitz shot 41-year-old Christa Nitz in the bathroom of their home on Short Street Sunday night.
The victim's 11-year-old daughter called her father in West Virginia, who then called police.
Nitz left the home, but was picked up after a short police chase.
