Officers are investigating after a man was shot and killed in Over-The-Rhine Tuesday night. Cincinnati Police responded to 19 West Elder Street for a report of a shooting at approximately 9:42 p.m. Upon arrival, officers located two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. The first victim died at the scene. The second victim had non-life threatening injuries and transported himself to University of Cincinnati Medical Center. The deceased victim has been identified as 34-year-old Kendall Perkins. The surviving victim’s name is not being released at this time. Investigation by the Homicide Unit is ongoing.
