Man is it fun watching this young and hungry Reds ball club. Young guys pushing one another to carve out a place on this roster AND show the organization that they deserve a big, long term contract.

A staggering TWENTY players on the current 25 man roster on playing on their rookie contracts. The only players not on their rookie contracts are:
1.) Joey Votto
2.) Drew Storen
3.) Blake Wood
4.) Scott Feldman
5.) Bronson Arroyo
Of course this changes when Mesaraco and Bailey come back but not bad for a 7-2 team with three straight series wins.
