(Cincinnati, OH)--A three-year-old child was critically injured and later died after an accident Friday afternoon.
Police said that the child was riding a "big wheel" in the parking lot at 2701 Hillvista Lane in Mount Airy.
They said a man in a van was driving through the lot when the child was hit. The driver was not injured.
Police said speed and impairment did not appear to be factors in the accident.
