Officer Dragged by Car in Over-the-Rhine

(Cincinnati) Police are still trying to track down the driver who dragged a Cincinnati police officer in Over-the-Rhine. 

The officer approached the car for suspicion of drug activity when the driver took off. He crashed into a pole and the police cruiser before taking off on foot. 

The passenger, 24-year-old Damien Lowe, was arrested. He's charged with felonious assault. The driver, identified as 29-year-old Taji Hill, is still wanted by police.

Officer Carl Beebe suffered a leg injury. He was taken to UC Medical Center and is expected to be OK.
