Police report Springfield Township woman was dealing drugs with children in the car. Investigators report they found 40-year-old Kari Fellinger on Saturday with crack, herion, and pills that were packaged for sale. She was arrrested and is due in court Monday. Fellinger is charged with endangering children, possession and trafficking of drugs.
