(Toledo) He was convicted of killing 37 people in Ohio and Kentucky during the 1970s and 1980s. Now the man known as the 'Angel of Death' has died.
64-year-old Donald Harvey had been incarcerated at the Toledo Correctional Institution in Lucas County where he was found severely beaten Tuesday.
Harvey worked as a nurse's aide at hospitals in Cincinnati and London, Kentucky, and claimed he was trying to end his victims' suffering.
He took a plea deal to avoid the death penalty.
