UPDATE: Norwood Police say 14-year-old Andrew Spencer was found safe Wednesday morning. The child was heard yelling for help in the woods near railroad tracks. He was taken to Children's Hospital for evaluation.

( NORWOOD, OH ) -- Police are searching for a missing 13-year-old boy who has cerebral palsy. Andrew Spencer is an eighth grader at Norwood Middle School. He was last seen around 3:30pm Tuesday, March 21, where he was participating in after-school programs.
Spencer uses leg braces to walk. His mother posted on Facebook that he was wearing blue and white basketball shorts and a blue sweater.
