Update: An Amber Alert now cancelled. Police found 10 month-old Winston Ramey. Officers arrested his father, James Christopher Ramey. The baby was found unharmed.

An amber alert is issued across Ohio for a kidnapped infant. The 10-month old was reported missing in Delta and taken by his father, who should be considered armed and dangerous. The suspect is identified as 27-year old James Christopher Ramey-- six feet tall, 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. His vehicle and direction of travel are unknown. Ramey was last seen driving a 2006 Chrysler Town and County, plate #FRX4034 (OH)
