(Cincinnati, OH )--It started as a Welfare check in Northside but ended with shots being fired at Firefighters.
Police and fire companies were conducting a welfare check at a home on Spring Grove Ave, in the Northside area of Cincinnati around 9:13 a.m. Sunday.
The Cincinnati Fire Department reports shots were then fired out of the home as crews were trying to make contact with anyone inside. Police at the scene neutralized the situation quickly by apprehending the shooter. No one was injured during the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
