( CINCINNATI, OH ) -- Just before 1 pm on Saturday, February 18, the police responded to the 2200 block of Vine Street to investigate a serious injury traffic crash.
Dana Anderson, 37, was driving north on Vine Street making a left turn into a driveway when Jeffrey Courtney, 44, driving his motorcycle behind her. When Courtney drove left of center, he struck Anderson’s vehicle as she was turning into the driveway.
Anderson was wearing her seatbelt and was uninjured in the crash. But Courtney was not wearing a helmet and sustained critical injuries. Courtney was transported to UC Medical Center and remains in critical condition.
Excessive speed and impairment do not appear to be factors in this crash.
