(Cincinnati) It's launching a major capital campaign with hopes of building a brand new state-of-the-art theater. Playhouse in the Park Artistic Director Blake Robinson says they hope to have a new home in the fall of 2020.
The new theater will replace the Robert S. Marx theater, which is almost 50 years old. It will include improvements for both the audience and the artists, including more comfortable seats, better acoustics, improved backstage areas and more wing space.
There's no word yet on how much the project will cost.
